(The issue with the monitor not restarting occurred both before and after this was disabled. I ended up disabling it and notice no ill effect. It started with Windows and consistently used more of my CPU than any other background app, around 2%. I am also wondering about UC-Logics MonitorTuner, which seems different than the tablet drivers. Only work around is to change settings in my Nvidia control panel, unchecking the tablet in multiple monitors and then turning it off, so only my main monitor is running. I've had to do a hard restart for the first time in months. My hard drives from that computer are no longer available on the network, and the monitor(s) will not turn on using the mouse, keyboard or pen. I am having a strange issue where when Windows 10 (Pro 64) turns off my monitor or monitors after 20 minutes, as it has for the past year, it now basically makes my computer non-functional.
